Case Study: Ticketmaster Platinum
Responsive web technology was relatively new and the analytics showed how much Ticketmaster needed to use it.
This project was for a premium online ticket selling service for Ticketmaster. It had to be fully responsive as the research, statistics and analysis showed that moblie and tablet sales accounted for over 90% of ticket searches and sales. Ticketmaster knew that they had to have a website that was easy to use on all devices. So it was essential for me to design the UX to that brief.

Process summary - wireframing, reviews and iterations
For this project we went through many meetings with the stakeholders and I revised the wireframes accordingly.
Using statistics and analysis about user behaviour is critical. Not only for understanding the users and their needs, but also for making the right business decisions around usage and checkout that also serve the customers.
