Architectural Review - User Research

User journey

Project Info:

The brief for this project was to research the users of varying types (architects of small firms, medium firms, large firms, educators and students) around the world and in London and to use the analysis from the research to advise Architectural Review on how to display their photography on the web and the importance of print resolution versus web resolution. This invovlded individual phone and email surveys for the worldwide users as well as focus groups with each of the types of architects. Once this information was gathered, collated and analysed, I had to make a presentation to the stakeholders on my insights from this research and analysis and advise them on how to incorporate my findings into their content management moving forward.
