This was part of the overhaul for account management and payments options for the customers of Sky. Here is an option being developed to help customers manage their spending and being alerted when going over a certain amount. User research and testing was showing areas of difficulty for the users that needed improvement. Further research and testing as this was being developed helped me with fine tuning the UX for improved usability. This was from a combination of videos of usability tests, eye-tracking, online forms and surveys to customers.
